Constellation Behavioral Health Announces Founding Leadership Team
SAUSALITO, CA – May 30 – Constellation Behavioral Health, an organization dedicated to developing specialized treatment programs for individuals suffering from addiction and co-occurring disorders, is pleased to announce the formation of its founding executive team, including Chief Executive Officer, William Morrison; Chief Development Officer, Cherlyne Short Majors, Ph.D.; and Vice President of Business Development, Christi Cessna.

Dr. Cherlyne Short Majors will join Constellation as Chief Development Officer responsible for corporate strategy, new business development, and innovative initiatives. For the past two years, Dr. Majors has served as Executive Director for Alta Mira Recovery Programs, Constellation’s flagship addiction and dual diagnosis facility. A widely respected behavioral healthcare professional, Dr. Majors has over 28 years of addiction and behavioral health experience at prestigious treatment facilities including The Betty Ford Center, Cirque Lodge and Charter Behavioral Health where she held executive-level positions.
“I am inspired to be able to pursue my passion for innovation and development of new treatment programs within the Constellation portfolio,” said Dr. Majors.
Christi Cessna is joining Constellation as Vice President of Business Development, responsible for leading the company’s national business development team and generating awareness for Constellation’s facilities, Alta Mira Recovery Programs and Muir Wood Adolescent & Family Services. Ms. Cessna joins Constellation from Sierra Tucson where she worked in a number of clinical, business development and marketing roles for the past 15 years.
