Recovery from any disease; stress related illness, energy disruption, spiritual depletion or lifestyle dysfunction, need not be complicated. It does, however, require a personal commitment to taking responsibility for our own lives.

Alta Mira has eight, six-bed, gender specific residences, each with their own state license, and clinical staff.
