Jake is an accomplished young culinary professional with almost a decade of experience in kitchens. As Culinary Service Manager, he and his team are responsible for the ever changing menus and dishes that are provided to the clients here at Alta Mira.
Jake has had a passion for food his whole life and started his career in kitchens at seventeen. After a few years at a local favorite restaurant, Jake trained at San Francisco Cooking School and went on to cook at Nopa, a San Francisco staple. After many nights and many orders, Jake brings his experience and passion to Alta Mira in the form of excellent service and delicious meals.
