Sam joined Alta Mira Recovery Programs in 2025 as a Recovery Assistant, where she discovered a desire to take on a more hands-on role working within behavioral health.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychological and Brain Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara. With a background in neuroscience and addiction research, Sam brings a strong understanding of substance use and the challenges clients may face when seeking treatment.
She is passionate about supporting clients in their healing process and strives to create a welcoming, safe environment where individuals feel comfortable taking their first steps toward recovery.
