Darren Davis began his journey with Alta Mira Recovery Programs in 2021 as a Recovery Assistant, guiding residents along their own paths of recovery. Most recently, he moved into the role of Continuing Care Coordinator, where his personal experience in addiction recovery helps clients with their continued success.
Darren’s personal recovery journey over the past 23 years is a testament to his resilience and determination. His own battles with alcoholism served as a catalyst for his desire to help others overcome addiction and find a life in recovery. This first-hand understanding of the challenges individuals face during the recovery process allows him to connect with his clients on a deeper level, while also serving as a source of inspiration for those he helps. His passion and living-by-example guidance demonstrate that recovery is possible and that a fulfilling, addiction-free life awaits those who are willing to seek help, follow suggestions, and persevere.
Through his recovery work, Darren has touched the lives of countless individuals, guiding them toward sobriety and a brighter future.
