Debbie Reid, LCSW, SEP, CET2


Debbie Reid is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the State of Utah and has an extensive background in treating both chemical and process addictions. She is also a trauma specialist working throughout the United States assisting clients to discover their own path towards healing. She has 15+ years training in Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy as this is her passion. Family systems are an especially important factor in her work and can often be found in session with multi-generational families addressing change as a group. Debbie facilitates adventure workshops with Mend Workshops using nature and fly fishing to pendulate the nervous system and work toward mending storylines and creating a healing narrative for her clients.

She holds the Certified Experiential Therapist, level 2 credential with ISEP, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, a Certified Forest Therapy Guide and a Professional Coach. She uses these modalities to create healing in the mind and the body allowing the release of current and historical trauma.

Debbie enjoys all types of art and theater. She loves to travel and explore, especially where it is warm. She enjoys fly fishing, hiking and spending time in nature. Debbie is game for most any adventure as she has climbed Kilimanjaro, several peaks in the lower Himalayas, the Camino de Santiago in Spain and the Kumano Kodo in Japan. She has the ability to put clients and friends at ease with her warmth and smile.
